Formcraft’s Disruption-Free Redesigning Process

With tenant improvement dollars to spend, our interior design team began redesigning without interrupting this Wellington Management’s offices.  They challenged us to convey their forward-thinking culture to its employees and stakeholders through subtle design choices.

Our team admirably rose to the challenge of revamping the space without disrupting the financial firm’s daily operations. In addition to a crisp coat of new paint, we were able to cosmetically renovate the lobby by replacing their signage, revamping the existing reception desk, and updating some of the accent wall covering and carpeting to completely transform the reception area into a striking first impression that warmly welcomes everyone who steps inside.

The break room area underwent significant changes as well with updated modern flooring materials along with significant changes to the millwork. This corporate facelift also featured a sophisticated new-dimensional subway tile backsplash. To enhance the break room experience, our team built-in appliances like the microwave into the crisp clear countertop to truly integrate the whole space.
