Scott has over 30 years of construction project management and contracting experience in both the execution and senior leadership roles. He has extensive experience managing multiple project teams, developing metrics to track performance goals and incorporating fast-track methods for building complicated projects in critical operating environments. Scott’s project experience includes major new construction projects as well as complicated renovations over, under, alongside and through very sensitive occupied areas. For all of Scott’s projects, phasing and logistics plans are meticulously coordinated with the site and facility groups. An understanding of a client’s daily operating uses is always factored into construction and site safety planning, and Scott prides himself as an experienced and successful problem solver, and a decisive organizational leader.
