Lauren is the Director of Workplace Strategy & Design at Formcraft. She brings 13 years of experience in interior design and workplace strategy. She holds a Post-Baccalaureate in Interior Design from Moore College of Art & Design. Lauren has a passion for creating immersive brand environments, and expertise in implementing vision and strategy.

Jim has over 28 years of experience in the industry. He is a huge part of the entrepreneurial & progressive spirit of the company, especially enjoying the opportunity for a unique collaborative experience with each customer. A Delaware County native and dedicated family man, Jim has also played guitar since he was 18.

Owen has been with Formcraft since 2001, bringing years of experience to a key leadership position. In his years at Formcraft, he has surrounded himself with a driven and capable team as well as expanded the company with the opening of a city office in Philadelphia. Owen is interested in supporting non-profit education systems while being a husband, and father to 2 young children.

After attending Indiana University, Wayne started full time with Formcraft in 2005. Wayne is a huge supporter of the process – he enjoys seeing the project through from concept to completion. Formcraft provides the unique opportunity to be a part of the whole process while working with one team towards a common goal. Away from work, Wayne enjoys weekends spent wine tasting.

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in workplace design to Formcraft. He most recently served as the Director of Sales at a workspace solutions firm, where he had the responsibility of building up the company’s architectural division. As Senior Director of Client Acquisition, Michael delivers a consistent message to the market regarding the Formcraft brand. He is proud to bring his strong leadership, understanding of long sales cycles, and his collaborative nature to the team.

A design enthusiast, and self-proclaimed coffee snob, Philip embodies Formcraft’s entrepreneurial spirit.

Christen is the Financial Controller and Director of Human Resources at Formcraft with 10+ years of experience in construction and interior design accounting. Christen has a background in Classics and a passion for exploring the rich history and architecture that Philadelphia has to offer.

Daniella is originally from Brazil and completed her university there. Prior to Formcraft, she was part of a firm that focused on corporate and hospitality design. Elaine is a Drexel Alum with over 30 years’ experience in the field and in that time has several publications spanning the Corporate Design Magazine, Interiors and Sources Magazine, and Architectural Detailing in Contract Interiors. Elaine is also closely involved with the restoration of Ambler Mainstreet, helping individual retail stores utilize their new space.

Sam brings immense experience in the construction field having worked in the industry since the mid-80s. Having once owned and operated his own commercial carpentry and interiors business, Sam epitomizes Formcraft’s entrepreneurial nature and friendly atmosphere. He spends his free time enjoying great food and traveling with his wife having hiked several of the USA’s most daunting mountains like the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon.

Nolan graduated from Drexel University in 2019 and spent a few years as a Project Engineer at Allan Myers learning what it truly means to build from the ground up. The close-knit, family environment and having every aspect of project delivery under one roof at Formcraft is the driving force behind why he joined the team. When he’s not at work, Nolan likes to play golf and hockey as well as volunteer coach for the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation.

A meticulous and solution-oriented superintendent with over 25 years of construction, hands-on project management, and supervision experience. A resourceful team player with strong field troubleshooting skills to progress milestones, ensuring on-time project completion at Formcraft. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time on the lakes fishing and hunting with his family.

Shaun brings 14 years of commercial real estate experience to the construction team having worked on key national projects for Fortune 500 as well as start up companies. Shaun has owned his own consultancy for over 3 years, molding his entrepreneurial and “ownership” mentality. Formcraft’s fully integrated design build and familial team atmosphere drew Shaun to join Formcraft. Outside of work, Shaun likes cooking, traveling, watching sports and spending time with friends and family.
