Jim has over 28 years of experience in the industry. He is a huge part of the entrepreneurial & progressive spirit of the company, especially enjoying the opportunity for a unique collaborative experience with each customer. A Delaware County native and dedicated family man, Jim has also played guitar since he was 18.

Scott brings 30+ years of construction project management experience to Formcraft. He plays a key role in maintaining schedules and spotting potential opportunities for expedited project delivery. Scott is also a father to 3 daughters and enjoys restoring old cars outside of work.

Trish brings a diverse 15+ year background in design, construction, and finance to Formcraft. Trish is a multi-faceted Project Management Professional with the ability to cross industries to bridge the gap between design and construction, usher communication, and achieve results. She has passion for helping people and the environment.

Bryce provides quality support to our design team. Bryce embraces the new challenge of each day and truly enjoys transforming workspaces. Bryce is interested in and contributes to a number of education-related charity organizations. A Delaware County native, Bryce spends his weekends as a backyard grill-master.

An engineer by education, Mike has over a decade of experience in design engineering, commissioning, and project management. He brings a steadfast commitment to quality and safety to all projects. As Project Manager, Mike will ensure project success from the end of preconstruction to final client turnover.

Ryan has 10 years of experience in commercial construction and 10 years of experience in furniture. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has managed both ground up and renovation work. Ryan lives in the suburbs with he wife and two kids, who are always planning their next family adventure. Outside of work, he enjoys home improvement projects and cars.

Scott has over 25 years of experience in architecture, design, engineering & construction management. He is OSHA 30 certified and is a LEED Green Associate with a special focus on Construction Management and Development of Commercial Buildings. Scott loves spending time with his family and 4 children and is an avid Philly sports fan.

Art has over 35 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate as a Construction Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, and Fit Outs professional. Art enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping in his free time. Art has been a valuable member of the Formcraft team since 2018.

Josh has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction field. Formcraft’s holistic approach of aligning designers and construction teams is what drew Josh to the Formcraft team. Outside of work, he spends his time woodworking, cooking and spending time with his family.

Svetlana graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2019 with a degree in Construction Management. She brings experience in the construction industry working on exterior envelopes. In her free time, Svetlana likes walks with her dog and the beach.

Collin has valuable construction management experience in driving fast-track commercial projects. He also has field experience as a general laborer/carpenter and as an owner’s rep. Collin is a big Philly sports fan who enjoys playing in rec baseball and basketball leagues and being with friends and family.

Kay has commercial construction experience overseeing diverse projects from medical fit-outs to office tenant builds. Kay worked as an assistant in the construction industry while earning degrees from both Depaul University and George Washington University and teaching technical design, production and scene construction in Washington DC area schools. He is an artist, educator, and technologist passionate about organizational learning and human development. 

Joe graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Civil Engineering in 2022 and received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics in 2023. He started his career working for a commercial general contractor before transitioning to working on both the construction and preconstruction teams at Formcraft. Joe is a big Philly sports fan and enjoys cooking, staying active, and being with friends and family.
