Jim has over 28 years of experience in the industry. He is a huge part of the entrepreneurial & progressive spirit of the company, especially enjoying the opportunity for a unique collaborative experience with each customer. A Delaware County native and dedicated family man, Jim has also played guitar since he was 18.

With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Jay is a veteran in project management. He excels at transforming client’s ideas into beautiful workspaces that employees thrive in. A backyard grill master, Jay enjoys woodworking and spending time with his son and wife.

Jake Shillady is a Project Manager at Formcraft with 5 years of prior experience in commercial construction. His construction experience includes large new construction and renovation projects across the heath care, senior care, and higher education sectors in the mid-atlantic region. Jake has a passion for the competitive nature of the business and is always striving for continuous improvement with his teams.

Art has over 35 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate as a Construction Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, and Fit Outs professional. Art enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping in his free time. Art has been a valuable member of the Formcraft team since 2018.

Josh has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction field. Formcraft’s holistic approach of aligning designers and construction teams is what drew Josh to the Formcraft team. Outside of work, he spends his time woodworking, cooking and spending time with his family.

Nolan graduated from Drexel University in 2019 and spent a few years as a Project Engineer at Allan Myers learning what it truly means to build from the ground up. The close-knit, family environment and having every aspect of project delivery under one roof at Formcraft is the driving force behind why he joined the team. When he’s not at work, Nolan likes to play golf and hockey as well as volunteer coach for the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation.

Dan graduated from Drexel University in 2001.  He has been involved in construction since 2017, beginning his construction management career in the residential sector and moving into commercial project management at Formcraft.  Away from work, Dan enjoys playing hockey and loves to cook.

Svetlana graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2019 with a degree in Construction Management. She brings experience in the construction industry working on exterior envelopes. In her free time, Svetlana likes walks with her dog and the beach.
