Lauren is the Senior Director of Workplace & Design at Formcraft. She brings 13 years of experience in interior design and workplace strategy. She holds a Post-Baccalaureate in Interior Design from Moore College of Art & Design. Lauren has a passion for creating immersive brand environments, and expertise in implementing vision and strategy.

Julia holds a degree in Art & Design from Moore College and has a background in corporate design. In her 4th year at Formcraft, she is a huge advocate of the integrated process as it lets her build relationships with the client, and see the work through from start to finish.  Outside of work, Julia is a dance & Zumba instructor.

Mike Louison is a Senior Architectural Designer at Formcraft with over 10 years of experience in interior and architectural design. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from Philadelphia University. Mike values technical detailing and has an appreciation for purposeful and simplistic design.

Orest is a Project Architect with 20 years in the industry. He has participated in the design and documentation of various project types, including hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and laboratory. He has overseen the development of these projects ranging in scale from minor interior modifications and fit-out to ground-up high-rise construction.

Elaine is a Drexel Alum with over 30 years’ experience in the field and in that time has several publications spanning the Corporate Design Magazine, Interiors and Sources Magazine, and Architectural Detailing in Contract Interiors. Elaine is also closely involved with the restoration of Ambler Mainstreet, helping individual retail stores utilize their new space.

Ellie’s background in both corporate and hospitality design gives her a unique perspective on creating a beautiful space and a memorable experience. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys painting, reading, and game nights with friends.

Allison graduated from Marywood University with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and a minor in Art History. Starting her career in residential design, she has transitioned to corporate design where she is responsible for tasks ranging from concept phase to construction delivery. She loves working towards clarity in ideation and takes pride in her ability to redesign existing spaces to better serve clients’ needs. She enjoys sewing, cooking, and baking.

Alexa is a recent 2023 graduate of Thomas Jefferson University (Previously Philadelphia University) with a BS in Interior Design. She is thrilled to be accepted back into the studio, from once being the resident intern to a now full-time designer. Alexa is ready to take the next steps of development not only within technical and professional skills, but truly integrate the design process throughout all aspects of collaborative work. Outside of the studio, she enjoys music, traveling with friends, and spending time with her family.

Kelsey graduated from Jefferson University with a BS in Interior Design. Kelsey has a passion for understanding the user experience in a space; and has extensive design experience in the life sciences and food and beverage industries. She has worked on projects all around the world with sizes up to 4 million sq. ft. Kelsey is also an artist and was ranked second in PA for fine art in 2015 and previously spent four days painting en plein air at an auction.
