Formcraft Welcomes Lauren Walker as Director of Workplace Strategy & Design
PHILADELPHIA, April 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Formcraft is proud to announce and welcome Lauren Walker as the company’s Director of Workplace Strategy & Design. A former Senior Project Designer at L2P, Lauren has worked on over 40 design projects including two award-winning designs: The Chemours Company Global Headquarters and Axalta Coating Systems.
Lauren brings 13 years of experience in interior design and workplace strategy. She holds a Post-Baccalaureate in Interior Design from Moore College of Art & Design. Lauren’s passion for creating immersive brand environments, and expertise in implementing vision and strategy, makes her the ideal addition to Formcraft’s team.

As Formcraft’s Director of Workplace Strategy & Design, Lauren will be responsible for engaging clients to develop a thoughtful approach to their workplace, one that aligns with their business goals and supports their culture. She will work with Client Relations, Business Development, and serve as a mentor for the Design Studio.
Lauren will also lead Formcraft’s WorkforceDiagnostics™ program, which helps clients build data-driven solutions for the evolving workplace. Through diagnostic surveys and strategic discussions, Lauren will help clients develop meaningful workplace strategies and return-to-work strategies.
